Participating in Jessie Jackson’s Wall Street Project

Monday, January 8th, 2007

It looks like yours truly is headed to the Big Apple at o’dark AM.  I am actually going up to speak at Jesse Jackson’s Wall Street Project.  You can read more about it online here http://www.wallstreetproject.org/news/1-3.html .  I and a dynamic team of panelists will be discussing the transition of leadership to the new kids on the block. Additionally we’ll be addressing a broad range of issues including politics, economics, and taking on the battle of economic equality.  Should be a hoot.

3:30PM 5:00 PM
SESSION II: MOVIN ON UP: WHOS GOT NEXT?

This session will advocate the importance of strategic connectivity. This principal encourages owners of small businesses, corporate executives and other professionals to recognize the power of working together. This seminar will highlight ways in which young professionals can begin the process of discovering successful minority-owned businesses, critical relationship building and solidifying networks which ultimately increases our economic strength.

Hosted By: IMPACT
Sponsored By: 4th Dimension Management and Amtrak

Moderator: Marshawn Evans, 27, Attorney and Chief Executive Officer, Marshawn Evans Unlimited (from NBCs The Apprentice)

Panelists: Jeff Johnson, 33, CEO, Truth is Power (BET Host & Producer; Angela Rye, Co-Founder & Director, Strategic Partnerships IMPACT; Ryan Scott, Co-Founder and Director, Economic Development to the Panel; IMPACT; Ephren Taylor, 24, CEO Amoro Corp. This should be fun.  Also got word that I may have a big break on National TV while I am there.  That would be a nice change of pace and really help get the word out about the work we do at City Capital Corporation (OTC: CCCN) and AmoroCorp (OTC:AORO).  I look forward to making it happen.
